Hwashi Car Parts Stabilizer Link Welding Machine Link Housing Welder, Under the operation of transformer, butt welding machine utilizes the general mains supply to lower the voltage and increase the electric current. Such kind of low voltage but large current will be transmitted from the electrode to the linked point of two work pieces. On the linkage, due to the resistance of work piece, high temperature will occur so the metal will therefore generates high heat to make the work pieces in molten condition. Thus, the purpose of welding the two work pieces is achieved.
The shaft part will be clamped by cylinders while the bushing part will be located in the lower fixture. The lower fixture will be designed to match the bushing in order to ensure the effective conductivity of welding current. After starting the welding, the cylinder will clamp the shaft, then the lower fixture will rise up to welding.
High Precision Double Side Welding Fixture
Two sides can be welded at the same time. We designed the special fixture which could meet the high precision about ±0.2mm to ensure the welded parts could reach industrial standard.
