During the warranty period, any damaged parts or components can be promptly and cost-freely replaced within 24 hours, with the exception of wear parts or damage caused by human error. Online technical support is provided around-the-clock. Our engineers will solve the problems remotely or via online video calling. Even after the warranty has expired, customer's equipment purchased from us can still benefit from lifetime technical support and free software update services.
Before delivery of equipment, we will send customers a list of wear parts including welding consumables like electrodes, and common parts such as pneumatic cylinder, solenoid valve, servo motor, servo drive, encoder, PLC control, sensor and power supply circuit board. When there is a need for replacing spare parts, we generally ship them out in less than a day due to our vast inventory of spare parts in stock available. However, it is advised to purchase extra quantities of parts and accessories in advance.
