MF DC Spot Welder represents the latest advancement in resistance welding technology. This innovative system significantly reduces iron core material energy consumption by increasing the welding transformer frequency from standard 50/60Hz mains supply to 1000Hz.

The transformer's commutation diode converts electrical energy into DC power for welding operations. This configuration dramatically improves the inductance coefficient of the subloop while minimizing production costs, as inductance coefficient-related energy losses are virtually eliminated in DC welding circuits.
