This machine is consist of automatic pick and place mechanism, hot melting welding machine, and tank bung hole fixing device. Use mechanical arm to pick up the valve and feed it to the fixture to finish hot melting welding. After welding, the conveyor line and propulsion device will deliver it to the automatic leakage detection machine and conduct automatic pressurizing and visual detection.

According to the IBC tank production requirement, we use the automatic valve feeding and hot melting method to install the valve to the tank.Through the visual identity leakage testing and second time pressure difference detection, you can check if the inner tank is qualified or not. And make sure the unqualified product will not enter into the line.
Use mechanical arm to pick up the inner tank and put it into the complete frame. It will enter into the rotary table. The operator will do the manual pull rod and cover assembly. Finally the product will enter into the stacking station. Then the whole detection process will be completed.
