Main Frame Welding System
Four sets of MF transformers control six welding electrodes to ensure optimal welding quality. The two-side piano-type welding style accelerates the welding process, completing each metallic grid mesh in approximately one minute.
Upper and lower air cylinder design ensures flat welding position, while screw-designed welding electrodes enhance durability.
Six-Head IBC Frame Automatic Welding Machine
Equipped with 4 sets of MF DC power sources, this machine performs 6 spot welds simultaneously. The double-layer fixture feeder allows material loading while another fixture undergoes welding.
Flat Tube Mesh and Firm Welding Quality
