The IBC cage frame production line is purposefully engineered for the automated fabrication of 1000 liter IBC cage frames. This comprehensive production line encompasses cutting-edge machinery, including pipeautomatic making machine, frame automatic welding machine, bending machine, clinching machine,punching machine, IBC inner tank automatic valve welding machine, automatic leakage testing machine,and an automated assembly palletizing system.

The IBC cage structure is meticulously crafted from galvanized steel tubes, comprising twenty round vertical bars with an eighteen-millimeter diameter, five horizontal bars, one P-shaped horizontal bar, and two top crossbars. The production process initiates with the welding of tubes into a flat tubular mesh, which is subsequently shaped into a square frame. The frame edges are securely locked, and holes are punched into the bottom tube for attachment to the base frame. The production line may require five to eight operator to run the whole process.

 

The operational sequence unfolds as follows:

 

TUBE PROCESSING:

Tube processing involves welding and cutting the tubes to the required length using a tube milling machine.Subsequent steps include long tube pressing and forming, short tube pressing and forming, and base tube pressing and bending.

The cage frame processing stage includes mesh frame welding, bending, clinching, punching, unloading,

The welding power is designed with 4 sets of MF DC power source. It can do 6 spots welding at one time. Double layer fixture feeder. When one fixture is under welding, another fixture can be loaded with material.

IBC cage frame locking machine is processed as a whole, with high insertion precision, large fastness to locking, stable and efficient operation.

Locking Efficiency and Quality
The locking machine will lock the ends of the tube frame using hydraulic force. It will takes about 25-30sec to complete the locking process.

IBC cage frame hole making and punching machine is used to form the hole on the frame, so the complete frame can be fixed on the base frame.

IBC Cage Base Frame Welding Machine
The base frame welding machine design adopts horizontal structure and 7 welding heads for completing the welding of base frame. The operator only need to load and unload the product. The machine will do the welding automatically.
Final Product of Base Frame
We can add the automatic loading and unloading device for the base frame welding machine as per your requirement. The welding efficiency is about 15-20 sec/pc.

 

IBC TOTE DETECTION LINE:

Moving to the detection process, the assembly of the container and cage involves container conveying, valve welding,

leakage testing, assembly of the container with the cage, manual pull rod installation, and the final stacking of the IBC tote.

The efficiency of the production line ranges from 50 to 125 seconds per cage.
