This specialized automated solution addresses the unique challenges of welding thin-gauge stainless steel (0.8-2mm thickness), combining precision engineering with intelligent control to redefine seam quality and production efficiency.

Key Advantages

CNC 3-Axis Servo Control

Japan Mitsubishi servo motors control X-axis (mold movement), Y-axis (electrode vertical travel), and A-axis (360° electrode rotation). Stores up to 95 welding programs for quick switching between sink models.

Medium-Frequency Inverter (MFDC) Seam Welding

2nd-generation MFDC power source with 30%+ more energy efficiency than conventional AC. Features fast DC current rise, stable output, and minimal spatter with current control accuracy of ±1%.

Large Copper Flat Table Electrode

Specially designed large flat copper platform ensures stable, uniform conductivity and minimizes heat distortion on thin stainless steel sheets (0.8–1.5mm).

360° Rotating Welding Wheel

Servo-controlled A-axis enables 360° rotation of the welding roller, seamlessly welding R-corners, straight edges, and curved profiles in a single pass.

Automatic Moving Welding Table

Synchronized operation with X-axis travel ≥2,500 mm, Y-axis travel ≥750 mm, and Z-axis travel ≥350 mm for full coverage of various sink sizes.

Water-Cooled System for Continuous Production

Water-cooled transformer, SCR, and electrode assembly enable extended continuous operation without overheating, maintaining stable weld quality.

Operator places sink bowl onto the fixture on the moving table

Welding roller follows pre-programmed path, creating continuous sealed seam
Table returns to loading position for finished sink removal
