HWASHI WL-RS-250 Stainless Steel Sink Seam Welding Machine

Continuous rolling seam welding produces a leak tight longitudinal seam in one pass. The WL-RS-250 is set up for water tank shells and sink bodies where the seam must hold pressure and be finished with minimal grinding.

• 250kVA capacity: Covers 0.6-2.0mm stainless tank and sink shell material.
• Pressure roller pair: Upper and lower rollers maintain electrode force, so seam width stays uniform.
• Length adjustable bed: Bed length matched to your tank shell circumference up to 2000mm.
• Water cooled rollers: Both electrode rollers cooled internally for continuous production.
• Leak test ready: Finished seam needs only light dressing before hydrostatic testing.
