Description of Automatic IBC Tank Leakage Testing Machine With Visual Detection

The IBC tank vibration testing machine can simulate the test environment by driving the platform to vibrate up and down through the motor. It can place two IBC to simulate the maximum load of 3 Tons.
 

Testing Method of Automatic IBC Tank Leakage Testing Machine With Visual Detection

(1) the IBC tank should be placed in the middle of the test machine platform, using vertical sine curve. If necessary, the platform shall be equipped with a limiting device to prevent the sample from falling from the platform while moving horizontally. The vertical motion inspection process does not need to be restricted.
② The test shall be conducted for 1 hour, using a frequency such that the bottom of the IBC shall be lifted immediately from the vibration platform at each cycle, to the extent that a metal gasket (at least 1.6mm thick and 50mm wide) can be inserted intermittently and at least 100mm between the bottom of the IBC and the platform.
③ The vibration frequency may need to be adjusted after the initial set point to prevent resonance of the package. However, the test frequency must be continuous to enable the metal gasket to be placed at the bottom of the IBC.
