HWASHI WL-AMF-250R Stainless Steel Sink Seam Welding Machine

The WL-AMF-250R runs two fixtures on a servo index table. One bowl is welded while the operator reloads the other station, so the seam welder never waits for loading. Cycle time stays at about two minutes per bowl across a full shift.

Key Features

• Dual-station rotary table: Two fixtures on one servo index table, welding and loading run at the same time.
• 250kVA MFDC inverter: Medium frequency DC output gives a narrow heat zone, low splash and a flat seam on 0.8-2.0mm SS304 and SS201.
• CNC 3-axis servo tracking: Mitsubishi servos drive fixture travel, wheel pressure and wheel rotation so the wheel follows the bowl edge.
• 3000mm welding length: Single, double and triple bowl sinks in square, rectangular and round shapes, including Italian and undermount designs.
• Copper flat table electrode: Oversized electrode table keeps current density even along the whole seam.
• PLC recipe storage: Parameters for each sink model are stored and recalled from the touch screen, changeover takes minutes.
